"Healthy Weight"

Lunch n Learn Workshop

Let make a pledge to encourage active and heart healthy together.  To sign up for the pledge, please e-mail davisr@philau.edu. Particpants who take the pledge will be posted here soon.

Do you want to locate a walking buddy? If so, please send an e-mail to add your name to the HealthyU Walking List which will be psoted soon to help facilitate connections (day/time/names/location/etc)!

Let's get active, HealthyU @ PhilaU enthusiasts!

Why should I participate?  Taking just 10 minutes three times a day to walk will help you live longer.  One hour of vigorous exercise will increase your life expectancy by two hours.  It makes sense to walk more + eating well = to live longer (like the sound of that)!
